What we collect
When you use Our Forever Words, we collect only the information you choose to provide through the tribute form: the name of your loved one and any other details you enter (dates, locations, family members, and so on). We also collect your email address at the time of payment so we can deliver your download links and receipt.
We do not collect any information you leave blank. Every field except the full name is optional.
How we use it
- To generate the tribute you requested
- To send you your document download links
- To send your payment receipt via Stripe
- To process a refund if you request one
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes — ever.
How we store it
Your answers are stored securely in our database and automatically expire 30 days after creation. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Cookies
We use only a single session cookie required for the application to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. We will delete your project record and any associated data within 5 business days.
