1. About this service
Our Forever Words ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-assisted obituary writing tool at ourforeverwords.com ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What you're paying for
You pay a one-time fee to receive a generated obituary document in your chosen format (DOCX, PDF, or both). Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We use your answers solely to generate the tribute you requested — we do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties.
By submitting information through the Service, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe on anyone's rights.
4. Ownership of output
Once your tribute has been generated and delivered, you own the output document fully. You may publish it in a newspaper, share it at a service, post it online, or use it however you need. No attribution to Our Forever Words is required.
5. Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our sole discretion if we believe these terms are being violated.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the generated output will be error-free, suitable for every publication, or meet every family's expectations. AI-generated text may occasionally contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing and editing the final document before publication.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Forever Words shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
